Can someone tell me why some people are not receiving emails I send to them using Outlook?

I purchased a new laptop a few months ago and since then some people I send emails to are not receiving them. They don%26#039;t come back to me as undelivered so I have no way of knowing they are not getting my emails until someone says something to me. My web hosting company(i have a small business website) said the problem isn%26#039;t on their end and that it has something to do with my internet provider. How could this be if I never had this issue with my old laptop and the provider stayed the same. Also I%26#039;ve sent emails using others wireless service and I still have the people. The odd thing is I don%26#039;t have a problem with the email using my treo (the email address is the same). Maybe its something with the port or outgoing server setup but I don%26#039;t know much about computers so I don%26#039;t know where to go from here. Can anyone help?

***remember I don%26#039;t think the emails are being blocked by the receivers spam filter because they are getting the emails from the same email address if I send it by treo

Are the emails actually going out??

They should be in the %26quot;Sent Mail%26quot; folder.

Otherwise, they might still be in the Drafts or Outbox folders.

What port do u use? Any nevermind if u dnt knw much abt computers..U can still send ze emails via yahoo or hotmail...

but if in case ur Outlook doesnt work...zen go to Mozilla.com n download Thunderbird...its like an outlook express..but much more easy 2 use.. Check it out.. U can also import ur contacts from ur outlook to Thunderbird...the option is provided in the program
Reply:Is because your outlook is not configured as the default mail client. So try and reconfigure it very well and set it as your default mail client.
Reply:i had the same problem and if i rember correctly i had to buy a years membership to msn hot mail

http://join.msn.com/?page=hotmail/plans%26amp;...

it only cost like 5 bucks then they give you a email site you can use with outlook express most free sites want let you use outlook exspress to email or do anything really i guess you can just get rid of outlook express but i had no luck at removing it so i just bought in to msn the problem i have now is that i have to use two different sites
Reply:This happens a lot more than you think,

You are not alone in this.

The answer is that a lot of the people that you send e-mails to, genuinely do not like you.
Reply:i think ur outlook is not config., well or there is sme problem in ur systeem
