What is the best way for a small business to propose a partnership with a large corporation?

Independent Features is a pioneer in the independent filmmaking community. We have combined the technology of streaming video with the tradition of an independent film festival. The Independent Features Film Festival is the world%26#039;s first film festival in which films will be chosen by a global audience via a web-based competition. The competition will run May 1st, 2008 through June 30th, 2008. The top twenty-one films will go on to be screened at the Independent Features Film Festival which will be hosted July 25-27, 2008 at the acclaimed Tribeca Cinemas in Lower Manhattan.

The best way is to win the competition. Prove how good you are and how your technology is worth money and companies will come to you.

There are companies that specialize in marketing companies through mergers and acquistions. That is cleaner and is third party.

Beg.
Reply:Listen your words are all nice and all, but the best way to approach a large corporation is this, %26quot;WE WILL MAKE YOU MONEY%26quot; we cant do it ourselves because we dont have the man power, resources, know-how and intangibles that you have (brand recognition). Therefore if you buy, partner or VC our company you will invest in one of the greatest companies (because, insert here the %26quot;why%26quot; and have numbers to prove it!) EBIT Margins is the best way, this is Profit before Taxes Divided by sales.

If you are a pioneer, maybe you could say tha tyou have a huge market potential combined with knowledge base of the market.
Reply:Large Corporations DO NOT MAKE partnerships with small businesses.
